  • Third-Party Sharing: Brotein does not sell or lease your data; we only share your information with verified, secure third-party infrastructure partners (like our payment gateway provider and WhatsApp API routers) to execute transactions.
  • Data Security: We implement industry-standard encryption protocols through our payment gateway and data partners to ensure your financial credentials and personal profiles remain completely secure.
  • User Control and Data Deletion: You retain complete control over your data and can request the permanent deletion of your profile history from our database at any time by contacting our support desk.

Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility and Account: By using Brotein, you agree that all account details provided (Name, Mobile Number, Email, and Selected Hub Location) are accurate for delivery fulfillment.
  • Pre-Order and Delivery Model: Brotein operates strictly on a pre-order model; all meals must be scheduled before our designated cut-off times (e.g., 10:00 PM the previous night for morning drops) to be included in the kitchen manifest.
  • Hub-Based Drop-Off: Deliveries are exclusively made to your selected partner Gym or Apartment Hub; Brotein is not liable for orders left uncollected at the hub past the scheduled delivery window.
  • Menu and Allergen Disclaimer: While we specialize in high-protein vegetarian and egg-based fitness meals, users are responsible for checking ingredients for personal dietary restrictions or food allergies before ordering.
  • Subscription and Credits: Multi-meal subscription packages loaded onto your profile are non-transferable and must be utilized within the specified validity period from the date of purchase.

Shipping, Cancellation & Refunds

  • Shipping & Delivery Policy: Orders placed via our web checkout or WhatsApp are prepared fresh and delivered directly to your designated hub in RM Nagar, Bangalore, during your chosen morning or evening slots. Delivery timelines are committed inside the scheduling manifest.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For items ordered through Cash on Delivery, the payment must be settled at the exact point of delivery to our hub personnel via cash or local UPI scan.
  • Cancellation & Refund Policy: Because our meals are prepared fresh and per individual manifest schedules daily, cancellations cannot be made past the 10:00 PM cut-off time for the next day's drop. If a meal fails quality verification on our end, full refunds or active wallet credits will be issued back to the user within 5-7 working days.
